WWII German Police Uniform Tunic
Item: GM658

Original WWII German police tunic.  It has eight button front with double metal hook and eyelet fasteners at the neck.  Several of the buttons have been replaced.  Left sleeve has a machine embroidered green police eagle and wreath with black eye and swastika.  Shoulder boards are sew on type.  Collar tabs are bevo with bullion trim.  Tailor's tag is hand dated 1942 and named to owner.  Tunic measures 39" in the chest.  Body of the tunic has had several small repairs.  Over-all it has wear from use and age.
